This package is designed for those that are looking forward and are ready to make a longer term commitment.  We will begin with a discussion of the current climate within your organization and map out intended goals.  We will work together to select training topics that feel like a proper fit and will align with overall strategy.

A quick analysis with an expert can really go a long way toward fine tuning a strategy.  This is a great place to start if you're unsure of your budget, too busy to commit a lot of time or just intend to DIY on your own.  A resource guide and accountability check-ins will help keep you on track for success.

Cultural Lunch & Learn Facilitation

  • Topics proposed to meet your organizational needs

  • One hour presentation at your location

  • May include mini training and group discussion, activities, cultural highlights, communication strategies, etc.

  • Catering not included, but can be arranged at client’s request

Lunches are an excellent way to pepper in culturally conscious efforts in a relaxed and flexible environment. Employees tend to feel more comfortable discussing sensitive topics through this less structured approach.  There are countless ways to engage the team and tons of topics to choose from.

Retreat Workshops

  • Curated to organizational needs exploring 1-3 topics

  • Session availability

    • 1 session = 3 hours

    • 2 sessions = 1.5 hours over 2 days

A variety of topics are covered during organizational retreats. It is an excellent way to incorporate DEIB training or creatively boost organizational culture through inclusivity. This service is very adaptable to a variety of retreat focuses

One of the most common struggles of smaller organizations, especially nonprofits, is increasing diversity on your board.  We can provide you with simple long term strategies to engage potential members that will offer diversity of thought, background and experience

Holistic Cultural Growth Plan

  • Curate a series of engaging cultural activities for you organization to promote inclusivity and belonging
